The Penguin Post Magazine Celebrates Three Years of Publishing

To celebrate its third anniversary, The Penguin Post is giving away hampers to the collective value of R16000!


The Penguin Post has been exciting book lovers all over South Africa forthe last three years and has proved to be an invaluable source of insightfor booksellers across the country.

The magazine about books for book lovers, The Penguin Post is a uniquemarketing initiative from Penguin Random House South Africa (PRHSA),and a first from the publisher. PRHSA’s list of books includes everythingfrom nature and finance to cookery and children’s, in both English andAfrikaans. Keen to provide their loyal customer base with an entertainingand reliable source of author news and interviews around this diverselist, the publisher launched the magazine in 2020, when the SouthAfrican media industry met an impasse due to the Covid-19 hardlockdown.

Lauren Mc Diarmid, who is the founding editor of the magazine, says:“It’s been an absolute pleasure putting together every single edition ofThe Penguin Post.
